Alexandria Louisiana police officer Adam Dupuy was caught on video last week targeting and abusing an innocent Black youth named Jonathan Rhodes.
The viral video shows Corporal Dupuy approaching Rhodes and his friendS outside of a hospital where they were trying to get medical attention for one the friends.
The hospital turned the Black youths away allegedly because the nurses claimed they only allowing COVID patients in. The nurses then called the police on the Black males and claimed they were trespassing. When Corporal Dupuy arrived, he immediately started detaining the Black youths.
Once Dupuy started to get violent with Johnathan Rhodes, Rhodes exercised his Constitutional rights and defended himself from the abusive officer. Once Rhodes was detained, you can see Corporal Adam Dupuy spit on Rhodes on video filmed by a witness.
This isn’t the first time Corporal Adam Dupuy has been on record abusing a Black person. In 2017, Dupuy brutalized a Black woman named Tonya Price. Price had a disagreement with a car repossession company, and the police was called to her home. Officer Dupuy arrived and immediately started detaining and abusing Tonya Price who had just went through cancer treatments.
According to Price, who spoke exclusively to FBA Times, Officer Adam Dupuy handcuffed her, slammed her to the ground, and savagely punched her in the back of the head. Price ultimately filed a civil complaint stating that Dupuy violated her Civil Rights in the alleged racial attack.
